A polished puffed heart with a round cut-out near the top and a round 2 mm natural diamond (.03 CT; I1, G-H) in a bezel setting, in 14K yellow gold. Chain not included.
Suggested chains (sold separately): 2.1 mm Paperclip Chain, Wheat Chain (2.25 to 2.4 mm wide), Bead Chain (2 to 3 mm wide) or Round Snake Chain (2 to 2.5 mm wide).
