Getting It to You

Your order ships directly from our trusted brand partners — the people who actually make the gear. That means it gets to you faster, packed properly, and handled by the team that knows the product best.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the item and availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, the shipping method, and the destination. Available rates and delivery estimates are shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted brand partners. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times — that's normal, not a missing-item situation.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after that notification arrives.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control — but we'll always help you track them down.
If Something's Off
Fourteen Days. Real Humans. No Hassle If It's Not Right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@xsrez.com to start your return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to any returned items. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and getting the item back into circulation.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This avoids exchange-related delays on stock changes.
Items We Can't Take Back
Certain items aren't eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
