Straight answers about licensing, shipping, returns, and how the pieces actually work.
Is XSREZ officially licensed?
Yes. Everything XSREZ sells is officially licensed merchandise made by authorised manufacturers, and the licensor is named on every product page. XSREZ is not a print-on-demand shop and does not sell replicas, fan art or unlicensed reproductions.
Where is XSREZ based?
XSREZ is a United States company, based in Utah. Customer support is handled by our own team over email, usually the same day, rather than by an outsourced help desk. Orders are fulfilled by the licensed manufacturers who make each item, so a parcel ships from the maker's warehouse rather than from Utah.
What does XSREZ sell?
XSREZ sells officially licensed accessories and apparel: cufflinks, ties and tie bars, lapel pins, graphic t-shirts, hoodies, hats, sunglasses, watches, wallets, belts, men's jewellery and socks. The range covers professional and college sports, film and television franchises, and consumer brands.
Which sports teams does XSREZ carry?
XSREZ carries 28 of the 32 NFL teams, 29 of the 30 MLB clubs, 28 of the 30 NBA teams, 28 of the 32 NHL teams, and around 90 NCAA programmes including HBCUs, service academies and the Ivy League. MLS is stocked in a narrower range. Team coverage is deepest in cufflinks, tie bars and lapel pins.
Does XSREZ still sell team socks?
No. XSREZ no longer carries licensed team socks. The supplier behind that range ended its partnership in September 2026 and those products have been removed. What remains in socks is a dress-sock range in solids and patterns, a compression range, and a small number of licensed novelty pairs. For team merchandise, cufflinks, tie bars and lapel pins are the ranges to look at.
Which franchises and brands does XSREZ carry?
Star Wars, Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Star Trek and Minecraft, alongside consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Mountain Dew, 7UP, Hershey, Tootsie Roll, Lucky Charms, Chevrolet, Toyota, NASA, Smokey Bear, USPS, Coors and Miller.
Does XSREZ offer free shipping?
Yes, on United States orders over $75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout with no code needed, and the cart shows how much more you need to add to qualify. Orders under $75 are charged carrier-calculated shipping.
Where does XSREZ ship?
XSREZ ships within the United States only. There is no international shipping at present, and no forwarding service is offered.
How long does an order take to ship?
Orders leave the warehouse within one to three business days. Carrier transit time is added on top of that, so a typical delivery lands within roughly a week. Tracking is emailed as soon as a parcel is collected.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Because XSREZ works with several licensed manufacturers, and each ships the items it makes. An order containing a tie and a pair of cufflinks may therefore arrive as two parcels on different days. You are never charged more than once for shipping.
What is the XSREZ return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. XSREZ emails you a prepaid return label at no cost, and the full item price is refunded once the item reaches us, with no restocking fee. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
XSREZ does. Once a return is approved we email you a prepaid return label and cover what it costs, so nothing is deducted from your refund for postage. The same applies if an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what was ordered.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund is issued once the returned item reaches XSREZ and has been inspected, not at the moment you post it. It goes back to the original payment method, and your bank or card issuer usually posts it within a few business days after that. There is no restocking fee, so the full item price is refunded.
Does XSREZ do exchanges?
No. XSREZ does not process exchanges. To swap an item, return the original for a refund within the 14-day window and place a new order for the one you want.
Does XSREZ offer gift wrapping?
No. XSREZ does not offer gift wrap, gift boxes, or a printed gift note in the parcel. Items arrive in the manufacturer's own retail packaging, which for cufflinks, tie bars and lapel pins is usually a branded presentation box.
Can XSREZ engrave or personalise an item?
No. XSREZ does not offer engraving, monogramming, custom printing or any other personalisation, and cannot add a name, date or initials to a product.
How do cufflinks work?
Cufflinks fasten a French cuff, also called a double cuff, which has no buttons and is folded back on itself. Line up the four buttonholes, push the cufflink post through all four, then pivot the toggle or backing flat so it cannot slide out. The decorative face sits on the outside of the wrist.
Can you wear cufflinks with a normal button cuff shirt?
No, not without altering the shirt. A button cuff has a button and a single buttonhole, so there is nothing for a cufflink post to pass through. Cufflink adapters exist that clip onto a button, but XSREZ does not stock them.
What is a lapel pin and how do you wear it?
A lapel pin is a small decorative pin worn on the left lapel of a jacket, through the buttonhole where one exists. It fastens from behind with a butterfly clutch or a rubber backing. Wear one at a time, and keep it above the pocket line.
How do you wear a tie bar?
A tie bar should be about three quarters of the width of your tie, never wider, and clips horizontally between the third and fourth shirt buttons. It fastens through both the front and back blades of the tie and the shirt placket, so the tie stays flat against the shirt. XSREZ stocks 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2 inch bars.
What socks does XSREZ stock now?
Mainly dress socks. The core range is mid-calf dress socks in solids, stripes and patterns, sized to fit approximately US men's 8 to 12, alongside a compression range and a small number of licensed novelty pairs. Licensed team socks are no longer stocked.
How should printed or patterned socks be washed?
Wash them cold, inside out, and hang them to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer, all of which damage a printed graphic and shorten the life of the elastic. Turning them inside out keeps the print from abrading against the drum and the rest of the wash.
What do compression socks actually do?
Compression socks apply graduated pressure, tightest at the ankle and easing up the calf, which many people find helps with tired, aching legs after long periods standing, sitting or travelling. The socks XSREZ stocks are everyday wear rather than a medical device. If you have a circulatory condition or have been told to wear a specific compression level, talk to your doctor before buying.
What size belt should I order?
Order your waist measurement plus four inches. If you wear 34 inch trousers, order a 38 inch belt. The belts XSREZ stocks run from 30 to 46 inches and use a holeless buckle, so the fit adjusts continuously rather than in fixed increments.
Are XSREZ sunglasses polarised and do they block UV?
Every pair blocks 100 percent of UVA and UVB, rated UV400, and all lenses are impact-resistant polycarbonate. Most styles are polarised, which cuts glare from water, snow and road surfaces. A small number of frames are not polarised, and each product page states which.
Do XSREZ wallets block RFID?
Some do. The aluminium and leather wallets built on the D01 Dapper chassis are RFID blocking. The MagSafe wallets make no RFID claim, so do not assume it. Each product page states the materials and any shielding, and it is worth reading before you buy for that reason.
Do XSREZ products come with a warranty?
Warranties are offered by the manufacturers rather than by XSREZ, and they vary. Several of the hard-goods brands publish their own warranty terms covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails, contact XSREZ and we will help you raise the claim with the maker.
