A cross lined with prong-set round stones, in sterling silver, 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold, 14K rose gold and platinum, with natural or lab-grown diamonds (1/5 to 1 1/4 carat total weight), or with 3 mm natural rubies or blue sapphires. The stone choice shows the stone size, total carat weight and diamond clarity and color grade. Not every stone choice comes in every metal.
