Are these polarised, and do they block UV?

Every pair blocks 100 percent of UVA and UVB, rated UV400, and the lenses are impact-resistant polycarbonate. Most styles are polarised, and this product page states whether this one is.

Do you sell a version for children?

Knockaround makes a Kids Premiums frame sized for roughly ages 3 to 8, sold separately. The adult frames are not scaled-down versions of it.
